Ashley Luck is the Principal and Founder of AMP Retreat Solutions, a company she created after recognizing a gap in the market for curated travel experiences tailored to entrepreneurs and executives. With over 15 years of experience in marketing, event management, and administration across industries like hospitality, legal, professional services, and construction, Ashley brings both expertise and creativity to her work.
Born and raised in Edmonton, Ashley has lived abroad in England and Australia, and traveled extensively across the globe. Today, she plans and executes corporate, executive, and Forum retreats all over the world - helping clients design once-in-a-lifetime experiences.
Outside of work, she loves traveling, dancing, biking, and spending time outdoors with her husband and young son.

Ana Sandiego, Executive Assistant
Ana Sandiego brings over a decade of experience in event planning, sponsorship marketing, and fundraising to the AMP Retreat Solutions team. At AMP Retreat Solutions, Ana’s focus is to help ensure that the client experience is top-notch by assisting with logistics and experience planning.
Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, Ana excels at creating moments that inspire connection, adventure, and curiosity. From managing fundraising galas that raised millions to coordinating seamless event logistics, her expertise ensures that our client's retreats are transformative and memorable.
A California native, Ana now lives in a suburb of Edmonton, Alberta, where she is raising her two children with her partner. She enjoys embracing the outdoors, fitness & wellness, great food, and traveling whenever possible.
